This decision will have major ramifications at the local, state, and national levels for all hospitals as well as other not-for-profit entities. CAS Director Bill Greenough invites you to participate in an informal public forum on this timely topic. After brief presentations by those with first-hand knowledge of the Provena case in particular and tax-exempt institutions in general, you are encouraged to direct questions to the panelists.
